Jemperli is an FDA-approved PD-1 immune checkpoint inhibitor indicated for the treatment of:
- Mismatch repair deficient (dMMR) recurrent or advanced endometrial cancer that has progressed after prior platinum-based therapy
- dMMR solid tumors that have progressed following prior treatment and for which no satisfactory alternative treatments exist
Recommended Dosage:
- Dose 1 to 4: 500 mg every 3 weeks
- From Dose 5 onward: 1,000 mg every 6 weeks
- Administered via IV infusion over 30 minutes
- Continue treatment until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity
Immune-Mediated Adverse Reactions: May occur in any organ or tissue. Monitor closely and manage promptly.
Lab Monitoring: Assess thyroid function, liver enzymes, and creatinine at baseline and periodically.
Infusion-Related Reactions: Can be life-threatening. Slow or interrupt infusion based on severity.
Fetal Harm: May cause harm to unborn children. Use contraception during and for 4 months after treatment.
Transplant Risk: Increased risk of complications in patients undergoing allogeneic HSCT before or after treatment.
