COMETRIQ (Cabozantinib) is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor used for the treatment of patients with progressive, metastatic medullary thyroid cancer (MTC).

It works by targeting and inhibiting multiple tyrosine kinases involved in tumor growth, angiogenesis, and metastatic progression, including c-Met, VEGFR2, AXL, and RET.
