Autoimmune Effects: Rare cases of autoimmune hemolytic anemia and immune thrombocytopenia have been reported. Monitor patients closely.
Pregnancy Risk: Alemtuzumab may cause fetal harm. Avoid use during pregnancy and advise contraception during treatment and for a period thereafter.
Live Vaccines: Avoid administering live vaccines during or shortly after treatment.
