TRULANCE® (Plecanatide) is a guanylate cyclase-C (GC-C) agonist indicated for the treatment of adults with Chronic Idiopathic Constipation (CIC). It works by stimulating fluid secretion and motility in the intestines, helping to improve bowel movements in patients with functional constipation.

Recommended Dosage: One 3 mg tablet taken orally once daily, with or without food.
Pediatric Risk: TRULANCE is contraindicated in patients under 6 years of age due to risk of severe dehydration.
