Poteligeo is a CCR4-directed monoclonal antibody used for the treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory mycosis fungoides or Sézary syndrome—both rare forms of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL)—after at least one prior systemic therapy.
Recommended Dosage:
- 1 mg/kg IV infusion over at least 60 minutes
- Administer on Days 1, 8, 15, and 22 of the first 28-day cycle, then on Days 1 and 15 of subsequent cycles
- Premedication with acetaminophen and diphenhydramine is advised for the first infusion
- Resume schedule as soon as possible if a dose is missed
Severe Skin Reactions: Includes Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS) and toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN); discontinue immediately if suspected.
Infusion Reactions: May occur, especially during the first dose. Monitor and premedicate patients accordingly.
Serious Infections: Monitor closely and treat promptly for pneumonia, sepsis, or skin infections.
Immune-Mediated Reactions: May include autoimmune complications; interrupt or stop as clinically necessary.
Post-Transplant Risk: Increased risk of severe GVHD and transplant-related mortality in HSCT recipients.
Pregnancy & Lactation: Not recommended; contraception advised during and for 3 months post-treatment.
