It is specifically used in adult and pediatric patients (aged 1 month and older) who are hypersensitive to E. coli-derived asparaginase.

Recommended Dosage:
When substituting a long-acting asparaginase product, the recommended dosage is 25 mg/m², administered intramuscularly every 48 hours.

Severe hypersensitivity reactions, including life-threatening anaphylaxis, can occur. Administer Rylaze in a clinical setting with emergency resuscitation equipment available.

Thrombotic events such as sagittal sinus thrombosis and pulmonary embolism have been reported. Discontinue Rylaze in case of thrombosis and consider anticoagulation therapy. Resume only if the thrombosis is uncomplicated.

Pancreatitis is a known risk. Monitor patients for relevant symptoms. Evaluate serum amylase and lipase levels in suspected cases.

Risk of hemorrhage and coagulopathy due to altered PT, PTT, and fibrinogen levels. Provide supportive therapy in symptomatic patients.

Hepatotoxicity may present as elevated bilirubin and liver enzymes. Monitor liver function every 2–3 weeks. Discontinue if severe hepatic
