Bladder Cancer: 60 mg in 30–60 mL sodium chloride solution instilled via catheter, retained for 2 hours. Weekly for 4 weeks, with caution if

  • Bone Marrow Suppression: May significantly reduce white blood cells, red blood cells, and platelets—requiring regular CBC monitoring.
