Zepzelca is a Trop-2-directed alkylating agent indicated for the treatment of adults with metastatic small cell lung cancer (SCLC) that has progressed after or during platinum-based chemotherapy.
Recommended Dosage:
- 3.2 mg/m² administered via IV infusion over 60 minutes every 21 days
- Continue until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity
- Do not substitute with other chemotherapy agents
- Start treatment only if ANC ≥ 1,500/mm³ and platelets ≥ 100,000/mm³
- Myelosuppression: Monitor CBC (neutrophils, platelets) before each dose
- Hepatotoxicity: Monitor ALT, AST, bilirubin before and during treatment
- Avoid grapefruit and grapefruit juice during treatment
- Women should not conceive or breastfeed during and for at least 14 days after final dose
- Inform your doctor of all herbal supplements or concurrent medications
